Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a forward-looking strategy for SAP testing leveraging automation, AI, and data analytics.
- Transform quality assurance processes by integrating continuous testing into DevOps and CI/CD workflows.
- Collaborate with SAP functional, Basis, integration, and DevOps teams to optimize end-to-end testing.
- Design and govern test strategies and frameworks across SAP environments including ECC, S/4HANA, and Cloud.
- Lead and grow high-performance teams focused on testing innovation and delivery accountability.
- Promote the use of AI-powered testing tools, impact analysis systems, and predictive defect models.
- Manage the implementation and upkeep of test automation platforms such as Tricentis Tosca, Panaya, Worksoft, and Selenium.
- Define and track quality indicators, KPIs, and automation return on investment to guide improvements.
- Engage with global leadership and client stakeholders to align testing transformation with business goals.
- Support the development of skilled SAP testing professionals for future readiness.
Responsibilities

- Lead the transformation of SAP quality assurance practices by embedding continuous testing within DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (SAP functional, Basis, Integration, and DevOps) to ensure end-to-end test optimization.
- Drive test strategy design, governance frameworks, and delivery excellence across SAP landscapes (ECC, S/4HANA, Cloud).
- Build and lead high-performing testing and automation teams, fostering innovation and accountability.
- Champion the adoption of AI-based testing accelerators, impact analysis tools, and intelligent defect prediction models.
- Oversee the setup and maintenance of automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Tricentis Tosca, Panaya, Worksoft, Selenium, etc.).
- Establish and monitor quality metrics, KPIs, and automation ROI to measure effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
- Collaborate with global EY leadership and clients to articulate transformation roadmaps and ensure alignment with business outcomes.
- Mentor teams to develop future-ready SAP testing talent within EY GDS.
