Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee a strategic research and evaluation framework
- Influence public discourse through thought leadership initiatives
- Collaboratively design the engagement approach for the Community of Practice and technical assistance services
- Support digital platforms, peer learning opportunities, and technical support for external stakeholders
- Work across teams to create high-impact programs grounded in equity principles
- Contribute to organization-wide research alignment and standardization projects
- Maintain regular collaboration with local governments, community organizations, and academic partners
- Provide guidance and mentorship to student research analysts
