AECOM is hiring a Senior Manager, Project Applications (Oracle Projects)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor internal and external team members, set priorities, manage resource capacity, and ensure delivery partners meet performance, quality, and service-level commitments.
  • Ensure the reliability, security, performance, and maintainability of project applications, overseeing incident resolution, service requests, problem management, system changes, access controls, audits, and corrective actions.
  • Provide functional expertise for Oracle Projects and associated project accounting functions, including cost tracking, billing, revenue processing, AutoAccounting, cost burdening, transfer pricing, and intercompany charging.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of implementations, system conversions, data migrations, and major upgrades—from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, testing, go-live, and post-deployment support.
  • Develop and maintain a 12-month roadmap for operational activities and system improvements, contribute to staffing and financial planning, and align technology initiatives with strategic business goals.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on application architecture, system integrations, data management, reporting solutions, and scalable design, while enforcing disciplined change and release management practices.
  • Foster strong partnerships across business and IT units, interpret business requirements into technical solutions, support diverse business units and regional configurations, and identify ways to enhance system efficiency and usability.
