About the Role
This role leads the strategy and execution of people operations to support organizational growth and employee success. The individual will focus on improving HR systems, reporting, compliance, and operational workflows while partnering across teams to ensure scalable people practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and improvement of HR operational processes to support company growth
- Oversee people data integrity across systems including HRIS, ATS, and payroll platforms
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for workforce analytics and leadership insights
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies across regions
- Manage audits, filings, and regulatory requirements related to people data
- Collaborate with HR business partners to identify operational gaps and implement solutions
- Drive change management during system implementations and technology upgrades
- Standardize people processes to increase efficiency and reduce administrative burden
- Partner with finance and legal on people-related reporting and disclosures
- Lead onboarding and offboarding process improvements for a seamless employee experience
- Evaluate vendor solutions for HR technology and recommend best-fit tools
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure HR operational effectiveness
- Support organizational design initiatives and headcount planning processes
- Maintain employee record accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate large-scale HR projects with cross-functional stakeholders
- Provide guidance on employment classification and worker categorization
- Streamline HR service delivery models to improve response times and resolution
- Implement scalable practices for a growing, distributed workforce
- Promote data-driven decision-making within the people team
- Ensure consistent application of policies across global teams
