Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a multi-layered sales organisation, ensuring strong performance, clear accountability, and consistent execution
- Own the outbound strategy end-to-end, from prospecting design to deal execution across SME and enterprise segments
- Drive pipeline and revenue growth, with a strong focus on high-value opportunities and competitive “switch” plays
- Build and optimise the outbound engine, including sequencing, social selling, and ABM alignment
- Deliver accurate forecasting and insights, using data and revenue tools to identify risks and coaching opportunities
- Act as a strategic partner on key deals, supporting your team in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Product to localise go-to-market strategies for the Benelux region
- Coach and develop leaders, building a strong internal talent pipeline and raising the bar on sales leadership
Requirements
- Proven track record leading complex B2B SaaS sales teams, ideally across both SME (high-velocity) and enterprise environments
- Strong experience in outbound sales leadership, with the ability to scale teams and processes
- Data-driven mindset and hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Solid understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV) and how to translate them into growth strategies
- Deep understanding of the Benelux market, including cultural and commercial nuances
- Fluency in Dutch
