Lead the rollout and long-term effectiveness of innovative pharmacy and infusion services within health system partner clinics. As Senior Manager, Operations Innovation, you will direct the end-to-end implementation of RxTriage® and integrated pharmacy infusion programs, ensuring seamless adoption and measurable patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the deployment of RxTriage® services across specialty clinics, aligning with pharmacy, nursing, and clinical operations teams
- Coordinate with home infusion providers, specialty infusion centers, and hospital-affiliated programs to integrate workflows
- Ensure operational readiness by assessing site capabilities, staffing models, training needs, and IT system access
- Lead cross-functional planning across pharmacy, IT, revenue cycle, compliance, and facilities to support program launch
- Manage detailed project timelines, risk registers, communication plans, and resource allocation
- Serve as primary contact during go-live, resolving issues and ensuring smooth transitions
- Supervise Medical Intake Coordinators and collaborate with on-site staff to maintain workflow accuracy
- Track progress against milestones, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
- Produce regular status updates and executive reports on implementation performance
- Act as central liaison between internal teams, external partners, and clinical leadership
- Facilitate project meetings, leadership briefings, and post-launch evaluations
- Develop and refine standardized playbooks, procedures, and best practices for future rollouts
- Analyze operational data to improve efficiency, compliance, and scalability
- Ensure adherence to clinical, regulatory, and accreditation standards including URAC, ACHC, and Joint Commission
Qualifications
Must have a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field, with at least five years of experience in pharmacy operations, infusion services, or healthcare project management. Proven track record managing multiple complex implementations is required. Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential. Experience leading teams without direct authority and using project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Asana is expected.
Preferred candidates will hold a master’s degree (MBA, MHA, PharmD, or MS in Healthcare Management) and certifications such as PMP or Lean Six Sigma. Familiarity with EMRs, pharmacy system integrations, infusion software platforms, and reimbursement models is highly valued. Prior experience launching infusion centers, home infusion programs, or specialty pharmacy services is a plus.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role with remote work and regular travel—3 to 5 days per week—required across the United States. The position supports national expansion and offers growth potential into broader operational leadership as the program scales.
