As the Senior Manager of Product Design, you will guide a team of designers in crafting seamless, accessible, and intuitive experiences across a high-traffic real estate platform. Your leadership will ensure that design decisions are grounded in user needs, business goals, and scalable systems, while advancing a cohesive design vision across the buyer journey and platform initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
Candidates should bring at least eight years of experience in the design field, including five years within product-driven environments and two years leading teams of three or more designers. A strong visual sensibility, demonstrated through a compelling portfolio, is essential. You should be skilled in navigating ambiguity, framing complex problems, and guiding teams through iterative design processes. A commitment to user-centered design, coupled with a 'We, Not Me' mindset, is critical to success in this role. Experience in B2B or marketplace platforms is a plus.
