Lead strategic customer engagements in the life sciences sector by partnering with clinical development teams to fully leverage digital protocol platforms. In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor, working closely with stakeholders across clinical science, operations, medical writing, and IT to define success, align priorities, and ensure seamless integration of technology into existing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customer teams to map study-level outcomes to broader organizational goals, identifying pathways to scale impact over time
- Design and manage change initiatives that support adoption, including workflow adjustments, capability building, and behavioral shifts
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of customer projects—tracking milestones, managing risks, and ensuring clear communication across internal and external teams
- Act as the central liaison for customers, proactively addressing challenges and maintaining forward momentum
- Define and monitor value metrics such as KPIs, adoption rates, and success benchmarks to demonstrate tangible outcomes
- Identify opportunities for account growth, supporting renewals, expansions, and scoping of new initiatives in collaboration with commercial teams
- Bridge customer insights with internal teams—Product, Commercial, and Customer Experience—to shape solution improvements and enablement resources
- Contribute to the development of best practices, frameworks, and strategic playbooks for modernizing clinical protocol design and digital transformation
