Lead Architect and Technical Leader – This role oversees a worldwide team of solution and application architects, ensuring technical excellence and alignment with enterprise architecture standards. You will guide the development of integrated, scalable systems that support both business objectives and guest experience initiatives across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct solution and application architecture efforts, ensuring consistency in design patterns, integration strategies, and system scalability.
- Establish and maintain architectural best practices, emphasizing simplicity, adaptability, and long-term maintainability.
- Collaborate with architects to produce clear, actionable design documentation suitable for both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Integrate enterprise and solution roadmaps into project-level designs, ensuring strategic alignment.
- Define and manage KPIs for architecture delivery, measuring quality, adoption, and performance.
- Coordinate with security, engineering, infrastructure, and support teams to ensure holistic system design.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance guidance to direct reports, fostering team engagement and professional growth.
- Support Environmental, Health & Safety standards by adhering to company policies and participating in related initiatives.
Qualifications
Candidates must have at least nine years of experience in technology implementation and enterprise-scale solution architecture. Demonstrated expertise in full-stack integration, SQL and NoSQL database design patterns, and the software development lifecycle is essential. Strong communication skills are required for engaging executives and cross-functional partners.
