Requirements
- Senior, hands-on leadership profile with strong expertise in end-to-end supply chain planning
- 7+ years of experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response
- Proven experience leading Kinaxis implementations from design through delivery
- Strong system implementation background in a consulting environment
- Deep knowledge of demand, supply, and inventory planning
- Consulting experience in client-facing roles with senior stakeholders
- Experience with supporting or leading commercial activities (proposals, pipeline shaping)
- Ability to bring structure and clarity in complex implementation environments
- Collaborative, trusted-advisor approach with senior stakeholders
- Experience developing people and building internal capability
- Curiosity about the Kinaxis ecosystem and market trends and how these impact the practice
- Proactive mindset and comfortable working in a growing capability
- Fluent in English
