Responsibilities
- Recruit, manage, and grow a high-performing team of platform engineers through performance reviews and career development planning
- Define, track, and enforce operational KPIs, service level agreements, and performance benchmarks
- Oversee day-to-day operations of enterprise-wide technology platforms
- Direct incident resolution and root cause analysis for critical system outages
- Ensure platform security compliance by managing policies and procedures
- Lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability of platform operations
- Collaborate with platform leadership and cross-functional teams to align technical capabilities with business objectives
