TE Connectivity is hiring a Senior Manager, Industrial Solutions Segment Talent Partner

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor to the segment HR leader in shaping people strategy.
  • Lead proactive talent planning across the Industrial Solutions segment, emphasizing critical roles and succession pipelines, including leading quarterly talent review sessions with business units.
  • Deliver expert coaching to HR teams and leadership on accelerating talent readiness for key positions.
  • Ensure high-quality talent assessments for leadership succession and promote the use of tailored development plans to build pipeline strength.
  • Provide executive-level coaching to individuals identified as successors for critical roles within the segment or business units.
  • Establish strong, trust-based relationships with HR business partners and gain deep insight into business operations.
  • Offer advanced consultation on organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, change management, leadership growth, inclusion and diversity, engagement, and employee experience.
  • Actively engage in HR strategy discussions and team meetings within the segment.
  • Contribute insights to the Talent Management Center of Excellence to align program design with Industrial Solutions needs.
  • Support the rollout of Global Talent Management initiatives within the segment and its business units.
  • Coach senior leaders on effective leadership practices and individual development planning.
  • Leverage business understanding to anticipate challenges and design forward-looking talent solutions.

Compensation

Competitive base salary ranging from $148,600 to $222,900, depending on experience and location. Total compensation includes base salary, incentives, and benefits.
