Responsibilities
- Design and execute human resources strategies that support business objectives, enhancing organizational strength, adaptability, and preparedness for future challenges.
- Lead efforts in leadership pipeline development, succession planning, and talent capability enhancement to secure, retain, and advance high-performing individuals.
- Promote an inclusive and positive workplace culture by advancing employee engagement, well-being, recognition, and diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.
- Guide management on workforce structure, critical hiring decisions, change initiatives, performance management, pay strategies, and productivity improvements in collaboration with HR centers of expertise.
- Foster productive relationships with labor unions and worker representative bodies through consistent, proactive dialogue and transparency.
- Oversee collective bargaining processes, long-term labor agreements, dispute resolution, and handling of employee grievances.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and ethical standards while upholding strong employee relations practices.
- Utilize people analytics to guide strategic decisions, improve HR processes, and evaluate the effectiveness of talent initiatives.
