Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic direction for the Hacker Success function, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and community expansion.
- Collaborate as a strategic advisor in shaping a comprehensive community engagement strategy.
- Supervise and develop a worldwide team of Hacker Success Managers to ensure high-quality, consistent experiences for community members.
- Guide the support framework, user journey design, and professional development for a specialized group of researchers in the platform’s ecosystem.
- Lead and maintain the Hacker Advisory Board, composed of varied security researchers, to gather actionable insights that inform product and program development.
- Build and sustain cross-departmental partnerships with teams in product operations, customer success, support, and mediation leadership.
- Act as the main liaison for customer-related escalations, enhancing trust and long-term client relationships.
- Utilize data analytics and performance indicators to shape strategic decisions, increase researcher engagement, and guide product evolution.
- Serve as a key advocate for the researcher community, both internally and in public forums, including speaking engagements and executive-level representation.
