This role is responsible for defining the 3-year innovation roadmap, translating consumer insights and market trends into actionable product development plans, and ensuring global alignment across marketing, creative, and regional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the global product innovation pipeline, identifying whitespace opportunities and guiding category expansion
- Translate consumer needs, competitive dynamics, and market data into compelling product briefs and strategic positioning
- Lead cross-functional alignment on launch timelines, messaging, claims, and campaign direction
- Oversee the creation of 360° marketing campaigns, from concept through execution, including creative direction and asset development
- Ensure consistent, accurate global messaging through launch dossiers, toolkits, and campaign briefings
- Collaborate with Product Development on formula, packaging, and claim enhancements to maintain category leadership
- Monitor campaign performance and KPIs to inform future strategy and innovation decisions
- Guide portfolio architecture, line edits, and SKU productivity to optimize brand health and growth
- Partner with regional teams to adapt global strategies to local market needs
- Present pricing recommendations based on competitive analysis, financial goals, and brand positioning
- Work closely with Operations on demand forecasting, launch sizing, and long-range planning
Qualifications
Candidates should bring 5+ years of experience in global beauty or skincare marketing, with a strong grasp of brand equity, product lifecycle management, and full-cycle launch execution. A consumer-centric mindset, fluency in international market dynamics, and experience working with regions such as China are essential. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is required, along with exceptional project management, analytical, and presentation skills.
The ideal candidate is collaborative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A strong aesthetic sense and experience guiding creative development—from shot lists to visual identity—are highly valued.
