Responsibilities
- Own finance business partnership with VPs, and C-level stakeholders, providing sound fiscal insights that help achieve strategic plans
- Prepare and present deliverables to C-suite
- Build financial models, annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and monthly outlooks to support decision-making across the organisation, providing guidance to business partners and ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial plans
- Partner with the business to provide insights and recommendations to drive revenue growth and optimise profitability
- Manage the P&L for the business by analysing the financial and operating results, identifying areas for improvement and driving cost optimization efforts
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to help drive more accurate forecasting and planning.
- Support other FP&A leaders to develop long term strategies
- Support and/or develop a network of other cross functional contacts within the business to anticipate and plan for changes to revenue generation strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance
- 7+ years in progressive financial analysis experience
- Expert knowledge in Excel is a must
- Experience with developing, maintaining and reporting results of a P&L
- Experience as a finance business partner supporting senior leadership
- Strong and effective verbal and written communication in English to interact with all levels of management.
