- Ensure regional goals are met in areas such as billable hours, team expansion, and recruitment, while promoting high-quality delivery and customer outcomes across the Forward Deployed Engineering engagements
- Lead complex enterprise projects by collaborating with sales, engagement leads, and field engineering to design and execute strategic professional services including data platform migrations, AI/ML implementations, and analytics solutions
- Enforce strong project governance and operational discipline by defining scalable practices for risk management, project oversight, and delivery quality within the growing engineering services team
- Serve as the top-level contact for urgent customer issues, applying technical expertise and leadership to safeguard key accounts and guide effective resolutions
