Lead the evolution of financial intelligence by designing and deploying an enterprise-scale AI-driven chatbot platform that transforms how business leaders access and interpret financial data. Key Responsibilities
- Shape the strategic direction for AI-powered financial analytics by aligning BI, machine learning, and conversational interfaces with enterprise goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams of data and AI engineers to build, scale, and maintain the Fin Chatbot platform.
- Architect intelligent systems using Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, Lex, and Kendra to power natural language interactions with financial data.
- Develop interactive front-end interfaces using Streamlit (required) and modern frameworks like React or Next.js, deployed on Cloud Run, ECS, or Fargate.
- Integrate large language models including Gemini, GPT, Claude, and Titan to enable summarization, forecasting, and financial Q&A.
- Connect and query data from BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, and cloud storage layers to support contextual retrieval and analysis.
- Design and manage data pipelines using Dataflow, Glue, Airflow, or dbt to ensure reliable, governed data flows.
- Enforce data security, access controls, and lineage tracking across ERP and analytics systems, including Netsuite, SAP, and Workday Adaptive.
- Build predictive models for financial forecasting and anomaly detection using Python, PySpark, and cloud ML platforms.
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) using LangChain, FAISS, or Elasticsearch to improve response accuracy.
- Deploy backend services via FastAPI or Flask, containerized with Docker and orchestrated using Kubernetes (GKE/EKS).
- Manage automated deployment workflows using Cloud Build or AWS CodePipeline.
- Monitor cloud costs and AI performance through FinOps practices and governance frameworks.
Qualifications
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field, with at least 12 years of experience in financial analytics, BI, or data systems—including 5+ years in leadership. Proficiency in Python and Streamlit is required. Demonstrated experience with GCP (Vertex AI, BigQuery) or AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker) is essential, along with strong skills in SQL, PySpark, APIs, and data modeling. Candidates should have a proven track record in delivering conversational AI or automated analytics platforms and possess strong communication abilities to engage executive stakeholders.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or QuickSight.
- Experience building analytics applications using Plotly Dash, Panel, or Streamlit extensions.
- Background with ETL platforms like Informatica, Tableau Prep, or AWS Glue DataBrew.
