About the Role
The Senior Manager, Facilities will lead the strategy and execution of facility operations across multiple sites, managing a team and ensuring workplaces support company culture and growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of facilities professionals across various regions
- Oversee day-to-day operations of office spaces to ensure functionality and safety
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts for facilities services
- Develop and implement long-term facilities strategies aligned with company growth
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Coordinate office moves, renovations, and space planning initiatives
- Drive sustainability initiatives within facility operations
- Monitor and manage facilities budgets and expenditures
- Support workplace experience improvements for employees
- Act as a point of escalation for critical facilities issues
- Implement standardized processes across global locations
- Partner with real estate and finance teams on portfolio planning
- Oversee security protocols and emergency preparedness plans
- Track and report on facilities performance metrics
- Lead initiatives to optimize space utilization
- Ensure accessibility standards are met across all sites
- Manage janitorial, maintenance, and catering vendor performance
- Support implementation of new workplace technologies
- Evaluate and deploy facility management systems
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement in operations
- Respond to employee inquiries related to the physical workplace
- Ensure adherence to lease requirements and landlord coordination
- Lead sustainability reporting for facilities-related data
- Guide facilities response during business disruptions
- Promote workplace safety through training and audits
Nice to Have
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or similar credential
- Experience in a global corporate environment
- Background in real estate strategy or portfolio management
- Knowledge of smart building systems and IoT integration
- Experience supporting remote or hybrid workplace models
