About the Role
Lead the deployment of complex enterprise implementations by overseeing project timelines, resource allocation, and client communication to ensure successful onboarding and adoption of the platform.
Responsibilities
- Direct enterprise-level implementation projects from kickoff to go-live
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to align client needs with technical capabilities
- Develop and maintain project plans with defined milestones and deliverables
- Manage client expectations and serve as primary point of contact during implementation
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines or outcomes
- Ensure adherence to internal processes and quality standards
- Train and mentor implementation team members to enhance performance
- Gather client feedback to inform product and process improvements
- Coordinate integration efforts with third-party systems and data sources
- Drive process optimization to improve scalability and efficiency
- Maintain detailed documentation of implementation workflows and client configurations
- Monitor project KPIs and report progress to stakeholders
- Facilitate client workshops to define requirements and business objectives
- Ensure compliance with security and data governance policies
- Support change management activities during client transitions
- Work closely with customer success managers for post-implementation handoff
- Manage multiple concurrent implementations across diverse industries
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on platform utilization
- Escalate technical or resource issues to appropriate internal teams
- Contribute to the development of implementation frameworks and best practices
