About the Role

Leads data initiatives to optimize fundraising and marketing performance by building models, improving analytics, and guiding strategy with insights derived from large-scale data systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of data models to forecast donor behavior and campaign outcomes
  • Design and implement analytics frameworks to measure marketing effectiveness
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to identify key performance indicators

  • Manage A/B testing strategies for campaign optimization
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting platforms
