Responsibilities
- Guide the execution of data loss prevention initiatives aligned with established policies and standards to enhance organizational security.
- Collaborate with product teams and leadership to shape product direction and strategic planning for DLP capabilities.
- Evaluate existing and proposed architectures, systems, and strategies within the DLP domain and provide actionable insights.
- Support the development and deployment of secure technical solutions that fulfill data protection program needs.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for DLP systems, including design diagrams and configuration details.
- Manage DLP engineering teams to ensure consistent delivery of operational and project commitments.
- Plan and oversee sprint cycles and program increment deliverables within agile frameworks.
- Assist in responding to audit requests and support internal investigations as needed.
- Monitor, analyze, and report key performance metrics and system effectiveness indicators.
- Identify deficiencies in current controls, processes, or technologies and propose effective remediation strategies.
- Lead technical efforts to deploy, maintain, and improve information protection tools and practices.
- Deliver regular project status updates to executive and management stakeholders.
- Serve as a technical advisor across IT and business units, ensuring proper implementation of data loss prevention measures and monitoring.
- Engage in audit activities, control assessments, and compliance validation processes.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software delivery (excluding internships)
- At least 2 years of direct experience in cybersecurity
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Nice to Have
- Possession of one or more industry-recognized cybersecurity certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- One or more years of experience using Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) technologies
- One or more years of experience with network or endpoint-based DLP tools

Compensation
