Responsibilities
- Lead and expand customer advocacy initiatives by independently identifying, engaging, and activating advocates to support sales, marketing, analyst relations, and event requirements.
- Create and deliver compelling customer success stories and evidence points used externally in marketing campaigns, website content, sales tools, company-hosted events, trade shows, and analyst engagements.
- Manage high-level customer relationships through Customer Advisory Boards and recognition programs, acting as a strategic liaison between senior customers and internal leadership.
- Develop and implement a third-party review strategy across platforms like G2 and Gartner to elevate customer voices and enhance competitive market positioning.
- Design and manage gifting programs aligned with key customer journey milestones such as onboarding, renewals, and advocacy, reinforcing customer loyalty and retention.
- Expand and activate the customer community by collaborating across teams to boost membership, drive engagement, and foster peer-to-peer connections at scale.
