Responsibilities
- Oversee the quality of creative strategy deliverables including briefs, scripts, testing plans, and performance reviews, ensuring they are clear, insightful, and aligned with performance goals
- Evaluate, enhance, and quality-check creative strategy work across formats and channels prior to production
- Lead and mentor Creative Strategists, guiding them to improve their approach to hooks, messaging angles, audience personas, and testing methodologies
- Deliver specific, constructive feedback that elevates work quality and accelerates output
- Create personalized development plans emphasizing strategic thinking, creative craft, and accountability for performance results
- Own the link between creative strategy decisions and key performance metrics such as net cost per acquisition, first-order volume, and efficiency
- Ensure insights from tests are recorded, shared, and integrated into future creative initiatives
- Advocate for faster feedback cycles and more rapid iteration in creative testing
- Define and uphold standards for high-quality creative strategy within the organization
- Develop standardized, reusable frameworks for briefing, concept development, persona definition, and testing roadmaps
- Collaborate closely with Design, Video, and Creative Operations teams to enhance brief quality and creative execution speed
- Handle day-to-day management, task prioritization, and quality assurance to allow the Director of Creative Strategy to focus on vision and cross-functional leadership
