Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive compensation experience
- experience in Capital Markets
- In depth knowledge of European and UK remuneration regulations and experience with Tier 1 Remuneration requirements and delivery
- Proven track record executing, administering, and designing competitive compensation programs
- Proven management and leadership with strong stakeholdering skills to persuade and influence
- Proven project management skills with an ability to provide oversight and coordination of multiple projects/changing priorities under tight timelines and with multiple stakeholders
- Superior consulting and problem-solving skills with excellent judgment
- Superb attention to detail and analytical skills with excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as manage a team
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity and complexity effectively in a fast pace, complex and highly matrixed organization
