Responsibilities

- Elevate Executive Voices: Shape the stories and platforms for our leadership team, turning our executives into industry icons whose insights land in the world’s most influential publications.
- Engineer AI Workflows: Design and deploy cutting-edge AI systems for social planning and content production, scaling our output while keeping our quality and voice elite.
- Shield the Brand: Lead the charge on crisis communications with a calm, fast-acting strategy that protects our reputation when the stakes are at their highest.
- Mobilize Advocates: Fuel our influencer and employee advocacy programs, turning internal voices and industry experts into a synchronized army of brand champions.
- Analyze the Impact: Rigorously track share of voice and competitive data, translating complex media metrics into strategic moves that keep us miles ahead of the competition.
- Align the Internal Pulse: Support internal communications to ensure our leadership's vision resonates clearly and consistently with every Docebo employee.
Requirements
- 8+ years of heavy-hitting experience across both Corporate Comms/PR and Social Media, having successfully owned both domains in a high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of securing high-tier earned media coverage that actually shifts market perception, not just simple press release pickups.
- Expert at managing agency relationships, knowing exactly how to hold external partners accountable to deliver world-class results.
- Sophisticated ability to scale content production without losing an ounce of soul or quality.
- Natural at working with C-suite leaders, possessing the poise and confidence to prep spokespeople and manage reputations under intense pressure.
- Deep roots in HR tech or Enterprise Learning and aren't afraid to take a stand on where the industry is headed.
- Magnetic ability to build cross-functional trust quickly, moving massive projects forward through influence and collaboration.
