- Support a structured onboarding process with clear milestones to achieve demo proficiency within 90 days.
- Develop enablement standards tied to performance goals and market priorities.
- Lead initiatives driven by Sales Engineering to generate global sales pipeline.
- Maintain standardized global demo and proof-of-concept practices emphasizing competitive differentiation and business value.
- Strengthen partner engagement through integrated programs aligned with team objectives.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product Management to represent field insights in product strategy.
- Assess regional team structures and implement changes in coordination with HR to support go-to-market effectiveness.
- Serve as executive representative on strategic accounts and key partnerships.
