Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Clinical Research Associates, fostering career growth and maintaining strong performance standards.
- Manage all regional clinical trial site activities, including site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out, while resolving issues and maintaining protocol adherence.
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice guidelines, FDA regulations, local laws, and internal SOPs across all regional site operations.
- Track regional site performance using key indicators such as enrollment rates, data accuracy, and monitoring frequency, and apply corrective measures when necessary.
- Act as the main contact and escalation point for CRAs and clinical sites in the region, resolving operational challenges efficiently.
- Work closely with the Senior Director, other regional leads, and cross-functional departments to align site activities with broader clinical objectives.
- Support the creation and execution of regional strategies, operational processes, and training initiatives for site management.
