The Senior Manager, Clinical Business Development Insights plays a central role in shaping the commercial intelligence strategy within a global biopharmaceutical organization. Reporting into the Global Commercial Strategy & Operations group, this position leads competitive intelligence initiatives across hematologic malignancies and solid tumors, with a focus on advancing the global footprint of key therapies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial competitive intelligence activities for Brukinsa across U.S. and European markets, transforming data into strategic recommendations to reinforce leadership in hematology.
- Support the launch and expansion of Tevimbra by integrating secondary intelligence and market insights across key geographies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define Key Intelligence Topics and Questions, aligning research efforts with strategic business priorities.
- Manage relationships with external research partners to conduct primary and secondary research, including expert interviews, conference monitoring, and digital landscape assessments.
- Develop and maintain a centralized repository of competitive intelligence, including KOL engagement summaries and marketing intelligence.
- Track and evaluate emerging technologies in protein degradation, benchmarking internal capabilities against external innovations.
- Partner with therapeutic area teams, including Immunology & Inflammation, to support portfolio diversification and strategic growth beyond oncology.
- Uphold rigorous standards of ethical conduct and data integrity in all intelligence activities.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree is required, with advanced degrees in life sciences or business preferred. Candidates must have a minimum of seven years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s, five years with a master’s, or three years with a PhD or PharmD. Strong analytical abilities, clear communication skills, and experience in translating complex scientific and commercial data for executive audiences are essential. Compensation & Benefits
This position offers an annual salary range of $142,300 to $187,300. Additional compensation includes eligibility for discretionary equity awards, participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and either an annual bonus or incentive plan depending on role classification.
