Responsibilities
- Convert high-level business goals into actionable capabilities, operational frameworks, requirements, and user narratives, ensuring clear communication to digital technology and engineering partners.
- Ensure digital initiatives align with and support complete business workflows across supply chain and related areas.
- Develop forward-looking operational frameworks that enhance efficiency, visibility, and decision-making capabilities.
- Lead global, cross-functional sessions to define future business processes, operating models, and required capabilities.
- Foster alignment among supply chain, manufacturing, quality assurance, MSAT, commercial operations, digital technology/engineering, and other units with diverse priorities.
- Support business leadership in decision-making and resolve cross-organizational challenges related to processes, data, and governance.
- Secure formal approval of business processes, operating models, and functional requirements before execution begins.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing with digital partners, validate business readiness, and obtain official sign-off.
- Assist in deployment planning, implementation preparedness, and user adoption initiatives.
- Collaborate with digital teams to ensure delivered solutions meet defined business needs and expectations.
