Responsibilities
- Drive the continuous improvement of the global benefits strategy, ensuring it remains competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with employee needs.
- Design and implement region-specific benefits programs that respect local cultures and meet legal requirements in regions including EMEA, LATAM, and APAC.
- Act as the main liaison with benefits brokers and external vendors, managing partnerships to secure high-quality service and optimal pricing.
- Guide transitions in funding models, such as level-funded plans and future self-insurance, in close coordination with Finance and Legal teams.
- Manage the rollout of benefits in new international markets, including vendor selection, plan architecture, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with People Business Partners and Total Rewards to align benefits with compensation, business goals, and workforce needs.
- Develop and deliver clear, effective communications to support employee understanding during enrollment, onboarding, and major life changes.
- Analyze market benchmarks and internal data to inform decisions on eligibility, plan design, and cost-sharing approaches.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, including ACA, ERISA, COBRA, and international statutory requirements.
