As a Senior Manager in Application Development & Support, you will lead high-impact technology programs across enterprise environments, ensuring seamless delivery through Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies. You will guide multiple Scrum teams from initiation to completion, facilitating core ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives to maintain rhythm and accountability.
Leadership & Delivery
You will act as a strategic advisor to both business and technical stakeholders, overseeing large-scale initiatives including legacy system modernization, enterprise data integrations, and Identity and Access Management (IAM) implementations. Your role includes managing project charters, roadmaps, resource planning, budgets ranging from $1M to over $20M, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.
You will drive cultural change by championing Agile adoption across IT, operations, and business units, helping teams transition from traditional Waterfall models to iterative, responsive delivery frameworks. You'll lead enterprise migrations, ensuring data integrity, accurate ETL processes, and successful cutover to successor platforms.
Technical Oversight
You will oversee critical technical workflows including Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), analytics reporting via OAS, and performance tuning of backend systems. Your responsibilities extend to DevOps and CI/CD pipeline optimization, reducing release cycles and improving deployment reliability. You'll also support middleware and IAM initiatives involving WebLogic, OIM, RBAC, SSO, and federated identity governance.
Stakeholder Engagement
In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership, technical teams, vendors, and business partners. You'll lead governance meetings, steering committees, and alignment sessions to ensure strategic coherence. Using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Power BI, you'll develop dashboards and KPIs to track progress and communicate performance.
You will identify and remove delivery impediments, refine cross-program processes, and introduce automation to improve productivity. Your guidance will extend to ITSM practices, ServiceNow workflows, and change management protocols, ensuring operational stability alongside innovation.
Qualifications
- 10–15+ years in Agile project management, Scrum leadership, and technical program delivery
- Proven experience with large-scale IT modernization, data transformation, and enterprise system rollouts
- Strong command of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, DevOps, ETL, and application modernization practices
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, ServiceNow, ODI, OAS, WebLogic, and SQL/PLSQL
- Expertise in IAM technologies including OIM, RBAC, MFA/SSO, and compliance-driven security
- Ability to manage multi-million-dollar portfolios in distributed environments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- PSM I or CSM certification required; PMP or PMI experience preferred
