About the Role

This role is responsible for shaping and driving marketing initiatives that promote mental health solutions to diverse customer segments, leveraging data insights, brand positioning, and cross-channel campaigns to improve reach and impact.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans to advance mental health awareness and service utilization
  • Lead campaign strategy across digital, social, and traditional channels
  • Collaborate with clinical and product teams to align messaging with care offerings
  • Use customer insights and analytics to refine targeting and improve campaign performance
  • Manage external agency partners and creative development processes
  • Oversee budget planning and allocation for marketing initiatives
  • Ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints
  • Translate complex health concepts into clear, relatable messaging
  • Drive thought leadership and market differentiation in behavioral health
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy
  • Support product launches with go-to-market plans
  • Measure and report on campaign effectiveness using KPIs
  • Engage cross-functional stakeholders to align on goals and execution
  • Advocate for member-centric approaches in all marketing efforts
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare marketing regulations
  • Foster partnerships across business units to amplify reach
  • Identify opportunities to reduce stigma around mental health
  • Optimize content for diverse audience segments and health literacy levels
  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation to improve engagement
  • Support executive communications related to mental well-being initiatives
