Responsibilities
- Discover opportunities where machine learning can generate meaningful impact for users
- Define appropriate machine learning formulations for product challenges
- Collaborate with team members, product managers, and designers
- Carry out exploratory data analysis and investigative research
- Gain thorough insight into the domain and problem space
- Evaluate and select suitable algorithms and technological tools
- Balance practical solutions with innovation at the forefront when necessary
- Conduct offline testing to validate algorithmic effectiveness
- Partner with engineering teams to transition prototypes into live systems
- Design experiments, track outcomes, and share insights to guide future improvements
- Work closely with internal teams and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality machine learning products
