As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you'll play a key role in developing intelligent features that transform how users create and optimize advertisements. Your work will span the entire lifecycle of machine learning systems—from concept to deployment—ensuring models are effective, scalable, and aligned with user needs.
What You'll Do
- Develop, test, and deploy ML-driven capabilities that improve ad generation and creative workflows
- Design and implement robust, scalable ML pipelines in partnership with platform engineering teams
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to define product direction and user-centric solutions
- Run structured experiments to validate hypotheses and refine model performance
- Contribute to shared machine learning infrastructure, tools, and best practices across the organization
- Stay current with advancements in AI and explore practical applications at scale
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience delivering ML-powered features into production environments
- Strong command of Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Deep understanding of data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
- Ability to work autonomously while engaging effectively with cross-functional teams
- A focus on user impact and measurable product outcomes
- Commitment to building maintainable, ethical, and well-instrumented ML systems
- Experience mentoring peers and promoting knowledge sharing within technical teams
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies—including LLMs, diffusion models, prompt engineering, RAG, or fine-tuning
- Familiarity with platforms like Hugging Face, OpenAI, or Anthropic
- Experience working with embedding-based retrieval or semantic matching systems
