Shape the future of media through machine learning
We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design, implement, and scale advanced machine learning systems that power content delivery and advertising technologies. In this role, you will play a central part in building end-to-end ML workflows that support critical operations such as media supply chain automation, captioning, metadata enrichment, and ad conditioning.
What You’ll Do
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines for training, inference, and model lifecycle management.
- Develop and apply models in areas including natural language processing, computer vision, large language models, and targeted content recommendation.
- Lead technical direction by establishing best practices in ML engineering, influencing team standards and architectural decisions.
- Collaborate across disciplines to deliver high-performance systems that align with enterprise-wide digital strategy, security, and governance requirements.
- Apply deep expertise in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure to build reliable, maintainable, and observable ML solutions.
- Use A/B testing and offline experimentation to validate model performance and measure real-world impact.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning systems at scale.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, Golang, or Scala, with strong software engineering fundamentals.
- Proven experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and data processing tools like Spark.
- Strong grasp of NLP, LLMs, reinforcement learning, and causal inference techniques.
- Familiarity with batch and streaming data architectures and cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
