Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee complex premises liability lawsuits from filing through resolution using legal expertise.
- Examine case records and internal documents to identify critical facts and leverage internal resources for investigations.
- Create and execute tailored litigation strategies to efficiently resolve or defend each legal matter.
- Evaluate case merits, assess potential exposure, and establish accurate financial reserves based on findings.
- Analyze discovery submissions, legal pleadings, and motions prepared by external defense attorneys.
- Deliver updates and reports on case progress to internal leadership and key stakeholders.
- Build collaborative relationships with internal teams to support fact gathering and litigation efforts.
- Attend mediations, trials, and internal meetings as needed to guide case management and resolution.
