AECOM is hiring a Senior Lighting Engineer

About the Role

This position involves leading lighting design from concept to delivery, supporting complex transportation and landscape developments, ensuring technical excellence, budget adherence, and strong client relationships within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead engineering assignments, investigate technical domains, outline project parameters, and develop innovative solutions.
  • Deliver advanced technical expertise and assistance across diverse, multi-disciplinary initiatives.
  • Develop lighting designs from concept through to execution, including site assessments, cable calculations, CAD modeling, specifications, Bills of Quantities, and coordination with Distribution Network Operator suppliers.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and cost efficiency on projects, particularly within transportation and landscape sectors, while collaborating with clients to overcome obstacles.
  • Foster strong partnerships with technical teams and clients, guiding integrated, cross-functional design efforts.
