Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for learning requests coming from various functional academies
- Lead discussions to uncover business objectives, audience requirements, timelines, limitations, and success metrics
- Guide stakeholders in selecting optimal learning strategies, such as leveraging existing materials, building custom content, blending modalities, or sourcing external programs
- Convert complex or changing requests into actionable, scalable learning designs with clear specifications
- Provide clarity and organization to dynamic projects involving multiple teams and priorities
- Collaborate with internal design, development, LMS, and delivery teams to oversee projects from initiation to launch
- Verify alignment of requirements, storyboards, schedules, and deliverables prior to project start
- Manage custom learning development requests and sustain progress across several concurrent projects
- Bridge stakeholders, teams, and workflows to ensure seamless execution and consistent learner journeys
- Assist in coordinating external vendors and learning partners when necessary
- Locate and organize relevant learning assets from LMS platforms and internal repositories
- Work with LMS administrators to handle course enrollments, assignments, learner groups, and audience tracking
- Support live and virtual training sessions through scheduling, communications, and participant coordination
- Maintain structured learning resources that align with academy and business goals
- Develop and manage communication strategies for launching learning programs and sustaining engagement
- Create learner-facing messages and stakeholder updates
- Coordinate approvals, deployment activities, schedules, and cross-team dependencies
- Collaborate with creative and communications teams to ensure clear, consistent messaging for learners
