Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the NPS network infrastructure operations
- Enhance monitoring and reporting functions through network management software deployment
- Create, update, and deliver network-related documentation for the NPS environment
- Evaluate industry best practices and suggest improvements for network architecture, design, and operations
- Administer Cloudpath or similar onboarding systems, monitor wireless network performance, perform updates, and resolve issues during standard business hours
- Analyze existing NPS network systems and propose optimization strategies
- Establish and execute testing protocols for new network infrastructure initiatives
- Deploy technology solutions within the NPS network framework
- Offer design expertise for network components in NPS infrastructure projects
- Conduct informal training sessions and share technical knowledge on network operations and best practices with team members
