SYSTHEMIS AG is looking for a Senior Lead Developer und Architect Java & Web (m/w/d) to spearhead the development and architectural design of specialized applications and data exchange systems for the healthcare sector. You will provide technical leadership within a team of experienced developers, ensuring high-quality, standards-compliant software delivery.
What You'll Do
- Perform full-stack software development with modern technologies like Java, Spring, Angular, relational databases, and containers.
- Design and implement state-of-the-art software architectures.
- Document architecture, preferably using the arc42 approach and UML.
- Ensure adherence to standards and high quality throughout the software development process through code reviews and pair programming.
- Take on implementation responsibility within development projects in a partially English-speaking team.
- Closely collaborate with colleagues and customers.
- Support the preparation and execution of customer meetings.
What We're Looking For
- Project experience and excellent knowledge in Java and modern web and cloud technologies.
- Experience developing CI/CD infrastructures based on Gitlab-CI.
- Experience using Atlassian development tools, especially Jira and Confluence.
- Interest in conceptualizing and programming web-oriented, modular, and business software solutions.
- Very high communication and presentation skills, as well as a confident demeanor.
- German language skills at least at level C1.
- English language skills at least at level B2.
Nice to Have
- Demonstrable experience as a Lead Developer or Architect for a project team with eight or more stakeholders.
