Responsibilities
- Act as the Tier 1 and 2 analyst for our global users. This includes managing JDE profile maintenance, security setup and terminations.
- Analyze and manage standard JDE batch job scheduling, maintenance, and administration.
- Monitor health check reports and logs to identify and resolve issues before they impact the business.
- Track incidents in ServiceNow.
- Analyze tickets to find repetitive problems and propose permanent fixes.
- Oversee various interfaces to and from JD Edwards.
- Review JDE and custom integrity reports, using your analytical skills to guide users toward resolution and perform root cause analysis on data discrepancies.
- Act as a key resource monitoring month, quarter, and year-end financial close processes to ensure data integrity and system availability.
- Troubleshoot and maintain JDE approval routes and delegations for Procurement.
- Write clear troubleshooting manuals and training guides to help end users become more self-sufficient.
- Contribute your expertise to upcoming system upgrades, implementations, and rollouts.
- Follow projects promotion to production environment.
Requirements
- Knowledge of JDE Procurement and Financial workflows are essential.
- 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne in an operations, business or technical analyst role.
- Gather system requirements, create specifications and deliver solutions to continuously improve, maintain data integrity and system uptime.
- Proficiency in using Google Sheets or Excel and ServiceNow for incident management and reporting.
- A passion for learning and a high degree of self-awareness.
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to translate complex technical issues into clear instructions for non-technical users.
- The ability to multitask and manage your own workflow under the pressure of tight deadlines, particularly during financial close or system maintenance.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
Nice to Have
- Experience with All Out Security (AOS) is a significant advantage.
- Knowledge of Smart Scheduler would be a plus.
- Experience with Version1 Approval Express is a plus.
- Familiarity with DMAAIs, Orchestrator, Scanman (OCR), and SQL is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of OMW and project promotion activities.
