Responsibilities
- Help enhance development workflows and build automation processes
- Architect and build enterprise systems for production environments using messaging frameworks and microservices
- Implement Java-based microservices with a focus on reliability, speed, scalability, and security
- Develop secure backend components that comply with defined requirements and service agreements
- Create and maintain OAUTH-based authentication systems
- Build and execute unit and integration tests to validate system functionality
- Support system deployment and configuration, including CI/CD pipeline setup
- Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
- Collaborate within a Scrum team using Agile methodologies and provide task estimates when required
- Produce technical documentation that includes secure coding standards, logging, and audit trails
- Communicate effectively with team members and management as needed
- Maintain code quality through Git using pull request workflows
- Write clean, secure, and high-performing code consistently
- Ensure adherence to software quality and security best practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering standards
