Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote assistance to users for hardware and software issues
- Enforce security best practices for workstations in coordination with the security team
- Configure and deploy workstations for new hires
- Maintain and verify correct setup of meeting rooms
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and servicing
- Conduct individual or group training sessions to improve technical proficiency
- Collect user feedback via ticket-based surveys to assess service quality
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and report findings to management
- Track and resolve support tickets with timely follow-up
- Oversee inventory control and asset tracking processes
- Manage local server room infrastructure in coordination with broader IT teams
- Develop budgets and procurement plans based on departmental requirements, ensuring timely delivery of IT resources
- Act as a liaison between technical vendors, internal IT, and purchasing departments
- Collaborate with security and facilities teams to maintain physical office safety
- Partner with IT vendors and external allies to deploy and refine technical systems
- Organize, monitor, and execute IT setup for company events, including logistics and documentation
- Coordinate and manage remote work infrastructure setup in alignment with work-from-home policies
- Install and configure office IT equipment, including gaming, video, and audio systems
- Deploy and maintain capture devices for game, video, and audio content
- Collaborate with production teams to develop tailored technical solutions for project needs
