Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular IT audits and assessments.
  • Implement and manage IT service management processes.
  • Provide IT support to end-users.
  • Manage IT vendors and service providers.
  • Develop and deliver IT training and workshops.
  • Participate in IT strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with IT regulations and standards.
