Responsibilities
- Implement structured project management practices to ensure IT initiatives deliver measurable business benefits.
- Create detailed project plans, allocate tasks, and lead daily operations across multiple technical teams.
- Monitor project quality through consistent reviews and proactively manage risks, issues, and interdependencies.
- Track progress against key milestones and adjust plans or resources to align with evolving customer and organizational requirements.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete and complies with established IT project management standards.
