Responsibilities
- Help design, deploy, and manage the enterprise-wide IT network infrastructure.
- Collect business and technical requirements to architect scalable global network solutions.
- Ensure continuous network reliability through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to address critical network incidents.
- Execute network changes during non-business hours when necessary.
- Lead network initiatives from planning through to successful delivery.
- Collaborate with security specialists to integrate and enhance network security features.
- Evaluate network usage patterns to build capacity forecasts and performance benchmarks.
- Create automation tools to respond to network issues and reduce manual operations.
- Pursue continuous improvements to enhance network efficiency and reliability.
Other
- Perform on-call duties as member of the on-call rotation team.
- Perform after-hours change implementations as required.
