Responsibilities
- Triage and resolve employee support requests including password resets, access issues, and troubleshooting for core collaboration tools.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of company devices, from setup and shipping for new employees to secure off-boarding and inventory tracking.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding workflows, including account creation, security policy application, and pre-arrival setup.
- Manage Google Workspace environments, handling user accounts, group memberships, email aliases, and license distribution using both GUI and command-line tools.
- Ensure devices comply with organizational trust standards and follow up on non-compliant systems.
- Implement and maintain security configurations, access restrictions, and compliance rules across all company endpoints.
- Administer software licenses, manage seat allocations, track renewals, and conduct periodic access audits for SaaS applications.
- Support office infrastructure, including network setups, audiovisual systems, and conference room technology as needed.
- Provide technical training and guidance to staff through documentation, quick tutorials, and live sessions.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including runbooks, knowledge base entries, and procedural guides for recurring tasks.

- Candidates across EMEA may be considered, though proximity to the London office is preferred.
- This position operates remotely with team coordination primarily through Slack and Notion.
- Partial daily separation from the core IT team is expected as part of the work structure.
