- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to refine product specifications and interface designs, assess project feasibility, articulate technical trade-offs, and align on system architecture decisions.
- Champion software quality by advancing testing methodologies, leading code and architecture reviews, and enhancing continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
- Evaluate the effect of issues on end users and respond promptly to critical support cases and operational incidents.
- Support team growth by mentoring peers and providing technical guidance.
