Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate internal communications company-wide, maintaining clarity and consistency as the organization scales.
- Manage key communication initiatives including weekly newsletters, monthly all-hands meetings, and executive messaging.
- Develop and implement a unified internal communications strategy that reaches global teams across departments and regions.
- Act as a strategic partner to functional leaders, particularly in People, IT, and Office Operations, advising on messaging and communication planning.
- Drive communication efforts around key company events such as financial updates, product releases, leadership changes, and major milestones.
- Create compelling, well-structured presentations and visual materials for leadership and company-wide announcements.
- Guide teams in best practices for communication across digital platforms including email, Slack, Zoom, and the company intranet.
- Assess the effectiveness of current communication channels and identify areas for improvement in reach and impact.
- Apply creative insight and practical judgment to simplify complex topics for broad internal understanding.
- Adapt quickly to evolving business priorities while maintaining high-quality, timely communication delivery.

- Fluency in English at a native level is required.
